Draft for the Notrix pilot · last updated 26 October 2026 · pending legal review
What Notrix stores
To run your account we store your name, email address, company name, company size and country, your sign-in sessions (only a scrambled copy), the AWS account ID and region you connect, the status of your installation, and an activity log of setup actions. If you request access, we store the details you submit so we can contact you.
What Notrix does not store
Your company documents, Slack messages, search indexes, memories and answers are stored only in the Notrix application running in your own AWS account. Slack event notifications pass through Notrix servers on their way to your application but are not saved by Notrix.
AI processing
Answers are generated by Amazon Bedrock models called from your own AWS account, under your account's settings. Notrix does not use your content to train models.
Where and how long
Notrix account data is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-1). Sign-in is handled by Amazon Cognito; passwords never reach Notrix servers. Sessions expire automatically. Operational logs are kept for 180 days and do not contain document content.
Cookies
We use one essential sign-in cookie. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies in the app.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your Notrix account data through the contact page on notrix.si. Data in your own AWS account stays under your control and is removed when you delete the Notrix stacks there.
